Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Flare platform operated by Flare Health Pty Ltd (ABN pending). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Service description

Flare provides a phone-based skin cancer screening platform for Australian workplaces. The service includes image capture and clinical assessment by nurse practitioners, with GP escalation and referral generation when a concern is identified. Flare is a screening and monitoring service — it does not provide diagnosis or treatment.

Eligibility

Our services are available to Australian employers and their workers. Employer accounts require a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) and an authorised representative.

Clinical services

Clinical assessments are provided by registered Australian health practitioners. Screening outcomes are advisory in nature and do not replace in-person medical consultation. Workers who receive a referral are encouraged to follow up with their own GP or specialist.

Data and privacy

Your use of Flare is subject to our Privacy Policy. Individual health results are not shared with employers. Employers receive aggregate data only.

Limitation of liability

Flare provides screening and health surveillance services with clinical oversight. To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to re-supply of the service. Flare does not guarantee the detection of all skin conditions.
